Today, just pray through out the day.

Be not anxious about anything, but through prayer make your request known unto God. And the Peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:7.

That’s it for today…just pray through out the day..make your request known to God…give God the praise and thanksgiving due..and see how the Holy Spirit comes through.

Love,

Real simple message today…just Love.

Love the way God intended for us all to love. Love unconditionally.

The only way you are truly going to be able to Love others is to have Christ as your Personal Savior. Once you have accepted Christ in your heart, asked for forgiveness and repented of your ways…the Holy Spirit comes into your life to guide you in the ways of the Lord and how to truly love.

When Love directs your path…nothing is impossible, for God is love..and God makes everything possible.

Love conquers all. Love never fails. Love casts out all fears for there is no fear in God’s perfect love.

So…today make the decision to re-committ your life to Christ. Reqlinquish any control, selfish desires, and sins to God. Surrender your life to God..and let God’s spirit have complete control of your entire life.

And then..watch as God just takes over…and loves through you.

Love,

a_meditation21248038287Heavenly Father,

Lord I love you with all my heart, soul, and mind. I pray Lord that all who read this post are filled with your Love. Just fill them to over flowing with your presence. May they be in awe of you. May they have a personal Love encounter with you today.

Lord speak to each person’s heart, soul, and mind through out the day. Tell them about what matters and what counts. Share with them your will for their lives. Guide their steps so that each step they take draws them closer to you.

crossLord, I praise you for your gift of Love you demonstrated through your son, Jesus. I pray that each of us never takes for granted the gift of salvation by the death of your son. May we be reminded that you paid the price for all our sins on the cross. Thank you for giving your life so that we can have eternal life. May all come to know of your saving Grace and Mercy through the Cross.

Lord, thank you for your Holy Spirit. Our counselor, guide, and helper to show us how to live a life that is filled with you in it. Thank you for your Holy Spirit that teaches us all things. Thank you for your Holy Spirit that opens our hearts, minds, and eyes to your ways. Thank you so much for your Holy Spirit that makes your Holy word come alive.

extreme sunsetLord, live through each of us. May we die to the self, take up your cross, and simply follow you. May we allow you to live through us so that your Kingdom can be preached through us. May we bear witness of you Lord Jesus.

Thank you for everything, and may we exemplify you in all our ways, and may we love our neighbors as ourselves. May we love through you and not of our own agenda.

I pray all these things in Jesus name,

Love,

White-Wine-Reflection2It is so easy to judge a person and situation and assume we know the whole story.

How quick are we to be critical of others when they share what they have done in their lives.

How quick are we to assume to know the answers to a person’s situation based on what we know.

How quickly do we slander a person when we hear of a person’s shortcomings.

How quickly do we distance ourselves from people when they share intimate experiences that have shaped their lives.

extreme sunsetHow quickly are we do judge and love with conditions.

How quickly are we at a zero tolerance level when someone shares their situation and how they are in the grips of despair.

We all fall short at times and judge others. We all can put our walls up towards people.

For what ever reason, we can judge rather than stop and say to ourselves, “Why am I judging? What is it about this situation or person that is causing me to have a zero tolerance towards them and the situation?”

ReflectionsThink about it, do you like being judged, people assuming things, people distancing themselves from you, and just people not wanting to associate with you. The slander that follows hurts too. Do you like it? No.

Remember, Jesus came to forgive all sinners, and to set the captives free. All sinners, the worse of the worst he forgave when they came to ask for forgiveness. They repented and changed their ways. He does this for all of us. And it is a process.

Some of the greatest testimonies are of one’s of people that were really caught up in their sins..and yet they found Christ, accepted Christ in their heart, and they lives were changed forever. They were set free.

forgivenessSo the next time you hear about someone else or a situation, and you find yourself judging them, first pray for them. Seek the Lord for his direction and understanding. Then..ask the Lord why you are judging them, what is is about them or the situation that you find a part of you in it. Next..remember it is Christ who does the restoring, healing, and purifying in a person’s heart. So just pray that Christ does a magnificent work in their lives..so they can be a living testimony giving Glory to God for all.

Just keep your focus on Christ..not on judging. Judging puffs up the flesh, pride, and ego. There is no love in judging..and remember in Christ there is no condemnation.

Love handKeep allowing Christ to work in you..allow Christ to keep molding you into being the person he wants you to be. And let God mold and shape others as well. They don’t need you and I to judge them. It makes them feel worse about their situation.

We are all “new creations” in Christ, and we are all Christ’s workmanship. We are all works in process..so be kind, compassionate, merciful, loving, patient, and forgiving towards all.

Allow Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God to continue the work they started in a person’s life till completion..don’t judge. Let God do his thing in each person’s heart, mind, and spirit. He is drawing all of us home to him..so don’t judge. You represent Christ to them, so don’t judge those who are being changed from who they were and what they have done through the indwelling of Jesus in their lives.

Just love a person where they are at.

Love,

T.

sometimesSometimes we may not know what the Lord is doing in our lives, and he just asks us to trust in him.

Sometimes we may not experience God’s love and yet the Lord asks us to continue to walk in love.

Sometimes we may not feel like spending time in prayer and in God’s word, yet the Lord asks us to be obediant and continue to do so.

Sometimes we may not want to go to church, be in fellowship or be in a small bible study group, yet the Lord asks us to continue to do so.

Sometimes GodSometimes we can look at who we were, our sins, our shortcomings, and we don’t believe the Lord has forgiven us., yet has has forgiven us.

Sometimes we can make decisions based on our feelings, our own desires, and ambitions, opposed to seeking the Lord and finding out what his will is for our lives.

Sometimes we can misunderstand our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and make judgement calls on them, and the Lord asks us not to judge..and to just deal with our own shortcomings.

Sometimes we can feel alone even though we know the Lord is with us.

free hugsSometimes we can say and do things that are not Christ-like..and the Lord asks us to go to those we have hurt and ask forgiveness.

There is always going to be sometimes..times when we fall short, when we don’t feel like spending time with God, and all God asks us that in those sometimes..we don’t get caught up with what does not matter. And to focus on what matters.

So in those “sometimes’ focus more on God’s love for you..and make an extra effort to put God first in your life, and making him your first love and priority. Even when you don’t feel like it…do spend time with the Lord it might be the case that the Lord really has something to share with you.

12_13_4---Flowers-in-a-Garden-Border_webDon’t let “sometimes” get the best of you..I even have “sometimes” and use those “sometimes” as red flags that I really need to draw near to the Lord.

Use those “sometimes” as a red flag in your own life..to spend time cultivating your personal relationship with the Lord by being in God’s word, prayer, fellowship and being in the body of the church via a Sunday service & Bible study.

graceI wrote in my Facebook business page about how amazing is God’s grace.

I spoke about how much one is changed once they accept Christ into their heart. The change and transformation is amazing when I think about it.

When you think about your own walk with the Lord, and where you were at, what you were doing prior to receiving Christ into your heart..and how just accepting Christ into your life, it simply changed your outlook, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

crossThere was something and there is something freeing in accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior and asking God to forgive you of your sins and that you repent of your ways. There is just this instant state of peace..and being washed clean. If is uplifting and at the same time rest for a person’s weary soul.

But the amazing thing about the prayer and receiving God’s grace from all your past sins.. is we enter into a relationship with Christ that lasts a lifetime. And that is when the growth, the depth, the width and the height of God’s love comes forth in our lives.

We said the prayer and we were changed for the rest of our lives. The Holy spirit in us, guides us in all truths, teaches us how to be more Christ like, we learn how to walk in faith and not by sight, and we learn what is means to truly love others.

praise-godI think we all get blown away when we look at who we were and who we are now since we accepted Christ into our hearts…we are just not the same person. And the coolest part is that every one around us can tell that we are changed..and that we have become better people.

We change from the inside out, God’s love, light, and life, radiates through us. We glow with the presence of God..and people pick up on it and wonder..why does she or he have so much peace. We don’t have to do anything..we just radiate God’s glory to others.

stop+signSo…stop and think about the journey you have gone through since you accepted Christ as your personal savior. Think about how freeing it was when you asked for forgiveness of your sins, and you were forgiven. All your sins were removed, gone..think of the peace that came into your heart. Think about where you are today, the valley experiences, the mountain experiences, the trials, the joys, and how each moment just grew your relationship with Christ..and made you the Godly man or woman that you are today.

Think about the gift of salvation you received through one simple prayer..and how you have eternal peace to carry you through all that life holds..simply amazing grace..not that we did anything to deserve it..but because God so loved us that he sent his one and only son for all, so that anyone who believes in Christ will not perish but have eternal life.

prayer1If you have not received Christ into your heart say the follwoing prayer: Simply say the following

Lord, I am sorry for my sins, I seek your forgiveness, and repent of my ways..wash me clean by the blood of Jesus, I believe Jesus is the Son of God, and is my personal Lord and Savior. I ask Jesus that you come and live and dwell in my heart. I invite you to dwell in my heart. I thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins, and thanking you for giving me eternal life.

That’s it, you are now, a part of the family of God..let’s see how this simple prayer changes your life..in Jesus Name..
