At T.|Life Lessons, Theresa offers several different service options for you to build a solid foundation in God to set your true purpose and calling into motion.
In each option Theresa partners with you to see your Spiritual path (past, present and future) and then establish short and long term Spiritual goals for your life.
We work together, as a team to see you succeed and prosper in every aspect of your life: being spirtually centered in God, in your relationships, health, career, finances, and family.
Individual Sessions (In person and/or Phone sessions available)
- First Session is complimentary for you to learn about the services and for you to know if Theresa is the right person to guide you in achieving your goals.
- 2nd Session will be addressing the past, the lessons you have learned and discuss what aspects of your life you want to work on and what you want to accomplish.
- 3rd Session and the other sessions to follow will be to move you forward in your life, by creating goals and implement an action plan to be completed for each goal till all goals are achieved.
*$75.00 per one hour session. $150.00 for an hour and 30 minute session.
Group studies:
- 12 week study
- Maximum of 12 members per group study
- Group meets once a week at an host location
- Studies are on several life topics, with weekly questions that challenge each member to live life with passion and purpose.
- Discussions are kept confidential within each group. In order to honor each member and for all members to feel safe to share matters close to their heart, and find support and encouragement from all members of the group.
- $35.00 per member
*Group studies are perfect for individuals that are ready to tackle life challenges but not ready yet for one to one coaching.
*Group studies are also beneficial for clients who are receiving individual coaching and would like to receive additional support and inspiration from others.
Become a member of a group study
Seminars and Workshops:
- Day and Weekend workshops: for groups of 30 or more individuals.
- Purpose to educate and motivate larger groups to live a life with passion and purpose.
- Each workshop has a set structured curriculum on specific life teachings based on audience intended for.
- $75.00 per person.
* Perfect for Community events, Church retreats, and Businesses out of office events, to educate and motivate you and your community.
*If you are not ready yet for an individual or group session, a workshop and/or seminar is perfect for you to explore your life lessons and initiate building a solid foundation for your life.
