New Year’s Prayer for All.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for all you had done in the last year in each of our lives. At times we could not see you at work in our midst, yet we know in faith that you are always at work in our lives. So we give you thanks today.

Lord reveal to our minds and our hearts the blessings that you bestowed upon us last year. May we be still and wait upon you as you reveal to us those things you protected us from, those gifts you have put in our lives, and the powerful lessons you taught us through the relationships you have placed each of our lives. May we stop to pause and reflect.

Lord may we give you all the glory in our lives. May we realize that what takes place in our lives is coordinated by you. Good or bad, each thing we encounter passes through your will for approval. May we realize this. Bad or Good whatever comes into our lives is meant to strengthen our relationship with you. May we stop to give you the glory in our good times..and in our times tribulations.

As we let go of last year…may we open the door as you knock on our hearts and minds. May we be wide open to you..may we see your hand and presence in all that we experience in the coming year.

We surrender the future to you. We let go of what we hold tightly to. And allow you to reign richly in our lives, today, tomorrow and through out the coming year.

Teach us to Love the way you Love. May we be your hands and feet to those you put in our path today, tomorrow and through out the year.

May you always be #1 in our lives, today, tomorrow and through out the coming year.

Allow the Lord to convict your heart of any hidden sin.

It is not the funnest experience, but it is the most healing experience you can have with the Lord.

Just take time out of the day to be still before the Lord, allow God to share with you any sins, rebellion, or lack of obedience you have committed.

Let God really speak to you heart, be honest with God. Let God expose anything to you that is seperating you from him. Be open to the Lord’s promptings.

Sometimes we don’t realize what we are doing could be sinful. We can get caught up with activities, work, and going with the flow. If you let your defenses down for a minute, the enemy will play on those areas of weakness and the flesh. So be alert and allow God to speak to your heart of things that perhaps are stumbling blocks.

Like I said conviction from the Holy Spirit is no fun, but when you are open to God to reveal to you your ways…and let God show you right from God..there is healing and peace.

If your heart does not condemn you, that you have Peace with God. Rest in that…but every day, allow God to speak to your heart of any sins..or possible temptations.

God always gives us an avenue of escape from temptations. So be open and receptive to the Lord. Don’t live in a place of denial, ignorance, or rebellion. Don’t live in the flesh and think God is going to bless you as well. Just be real with the Lord.

If you are having a hard time hearing the voice of the Lord, or your quiet time is disruptive because of your thoughts…just Stop. Ask God if there is any sin that is standing in the way of experiencing his presence.

Let Love guide you. Allow Truth to be your cornerstone. Walk in the Light…and allow God to make you White as Snow.

Simply Give God thanks through out the day, Today.

Give God the Praises due through out the day, Today. 

Let God know how grateful you are for all he has provided and blessed you with.

Let the Lord know how much you appreciate his Presence in your life.

Allow the Lord to give you peace as you give thanks, gratitude and praise.

Let God pour his Spirit into you as you surrender all to the Lord…

Surrender everything to the Lord, your possessions, your relationships, your career, and your will.

Allow God to encompass you, allow Christ to be your everything.

Have a heart full of thankfulness and just Praise the Lord…it breaks strongholds in your mind, heart and soul.

Dear God,

Thank you for being so Omni-present in our lives. Thank you that if we simply seek you with all our hearts, minds, and souls we shall find you. I praise you for being so powerful yet so gentle at the same time. You are an awesome God.

I ask Lord on this Saturday, that you reveal yourself in a very special way to every person who I have made contact with. Whether it is through this blog post, Facebook, twitter, someone I have met out in the community, or someone I am in relations with, I ask God you give them an amazing supernatural encounter with you.

So many people question if you really exist and that your are with them. So many people hunger to know that you are available to them. So God I ask that you speak to every heart, and every mind that I have been in contact with. Open their eyes and hears to you Lord Jesus.

May you make yourself known the way you made yourself known to all that we have read about in the Bible. May all come to know you as their personal savior.

Guide and Lead them all on in your ways..in your love..and just fill them with your Peace.

I thank you in advance for what you are going to do in each person’s life that I have had the honor to cross pathes with. May the seeds be planted in every heart..and in your time..grow their faith and love in you.

I leave them all in your hands..in your care..keep them close to you..may they not get distracted with life..get their attention and keep their attention today…

Today, I want you to be alert and attentive to the promptings of the Spirit and be able to discern the promptings of the Flesh.

Just focus on being filled with the Holy Spirit, being consumed with God and God’s will. Saturate yourself in the Lord’s grace, mercy and love. Fill your mind, heart, and soul with God. Allow Christ to have full reign in you. Allow Christ to be an all consuming fire burning in you.

In addition, use discernment on how the enemy, Satan, attempts to lure you away from the Truth, and to try and pull you into walking in the flesh. Just be alert..see how thoughts, feelings, words, and actions come forward that you know are not from God, but from the sinful nature.

Remember that greater is he that is in you than is in the world. Confront sin head on. Don’t let the devil have any room in your earthly body. Give you body, mind, soul to the Lord and be filled with the Spirit and you will not gratify the things of the flesh.

In addition, do not condemn another person who is walking in the flesh, instead pray for them and confront them in love.

Never judge others, allow Christ to do that, you instead allow Christ to reveal to you when you are walking in the Spirit or when you are gratifying the Flesh.

Renew your mind daily, via Romans 12:1  and always, daily put on the full Armor of God, Ephesians 6.

If I could..I would remove pain from the hearts of man.

If I could..I would fill each heart with Peace.

If I could..I would remove everyone’s fears and worries.

If I could..I would remove all sickness and diseases.

If I could..I would make it so that no man ever has to cry over a loss again.

If I could..I would get rid of addictions and harmful behaviors.

If I could..I would fill the world with Hope again.

If I could..I would want everyone to know and feel God’s love personally.

If I could..I would climb Mt Everest.

If I could..I would jump out of an airplane and experience what it is like to fly.

If I could..I would spend more time with friends and really get to know them.

If I could..I would tell everyone I love them.

If I could..I would break all barriers and strongholds that stop a person from living the life they were called to live.

If I could..I would make everyone’s dream come true.

If I could..I would fill the earth with God’s love.

If I could, I would do all these things and more..so all could see and know the depth, height, and width of God’s love.

May you know God’s love for you, in the midst of all, may you know how much God loves you.

Make sure you get yourself plugged into a Bible believing, Gospel grounded, and Holy Spirit filled Church.

Church should be a body of believers that are as close as family, so find a Church which has a community of believers you fit right into and you feel comfortable and right at home.

Today..be still..and say a pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you any unconfessed sins that you need to ask forgiveness of and repent of them.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to open your mind, heart, eyes, and hears to any sins in your life. Ask God to be real with you.

Today..be still…pray.ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you have done maybe in your thoughts..really allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your mind of thoughts that are not appropriate.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you have committed in your heart..allow Jesus to speak to you about what is occupying your heart which is stopping you from truly loving God and others.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you have committed by what you look at..allow Jesus to open your eyes to what you are exposing yourself to that is not appropriate.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you have committed by what you hear..allow Jesus to open your ears to what you are listening to that is not of God.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you are committing by what you say..allow the Spirit to show you how your choice of words have been of a condemning spirit and not of God.

Today..be still..pray..ask the Lord to reveal to you what sins you have done through your behavior and actions..allow God to reveal how your actions were not pure and holy.

Today..be still..pray…ask the Lord to reveal to you how you have sinned in the relationships in your life.  Ask the Lord to reveal to you if there a people in your life you should not be associated with..in addition..ask the Lord to reveal if you have committed any sins towards a fellow brother that was not right..allow Jesus to reveal the sin in the good and bad relationships in your life..

Now..come before the Lord, lay down your sins based on the above review at the foot of the Cross, ask the Lord to forgive you of your sins, and repent of your ways. Lay it all out before the Lord..confess it all before him..ask him to clean you and purify you. Ask the Lord to fill you with his Holy Spirit so that you will not gratify the things of the flesh..and that you truly repent of your sinful nature.

Simply Repent of your ways, whether they are in thought, words, or actions..repent of your sins. Turn from sin which seperates you from God.

Use Today..to reflect, pray, see your sins, ask for forgiveness from the Lord, and truly repent of your ways..

Sometimes we may not know what the Lord is doing in our lives, and he just asks us to trust in him.

Sometimes we may not experience God’s love and yet the Lord asks us to continue to walk in love.

Sometimes we may not feel like spending time in prayer and in God’s word, yet the Lord asks us to be obediant and continue to do so.

Sometimes we may not want to go to church, be in fellowship or be in a small bible study group, yet the Lord asks us to continue to do so.

Sometimes we can look at who we were, our sins, our shortcomings, and we don’t believe the Lord has forgiven us., yet has has forgiven us.

Sometimes we can make decisions based on our feelings, our own desires, and ambitions, opposed to seeking the Lord and finding out what his will is for our lives.

Sometimes we can misunderstand our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and make judgement calls on them, and the Lord asks us not to judge..and to just deal with our own shortcomings.

Sometimes we can feel alone even though we know the Lord is with us.

Sometimes we can say and do things that are not Christ-like..and the Lord asks us to go to those we have hurt and ask forgiveness.

There is always going to be sometimes..times when we fall short, when we don’t feel like spending time with God, and all God asks us that in those sometimes..we don’t get caught up with what does not matter. And to focus on what matters.

So in those “sometimes’ focus more on God’s love for you..and make an extra effort to put God first in your life, and making him your first love and priority. Even when you don’t feel like it…do spend time with the Lord it might be the case that the Lord really has something to share with you.

Don’t let “sometimes” get the best of you..I even have “sometimes” and use those “sometimes” as red flags that I really need to draw near to the Lord.

Use those “sometimes” as a red flag in your own life..to spend time cultivating your personal relationship with the Lord by being in God’s word, prayer, fellowship and being in the body of the church via a Sunday service & Bible study.
